🧴 Returns & Exchanges

·       Due to the personal nature of our products (perfumes, attars), we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.

·       Unopened and unused items may be eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

·       Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition.

✅ Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

·       The item must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.

·       Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) is required.

·       The return request must be made within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

·       Clear photos of the product and outer packaging

We will promptly arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.

💳 Refunds

·       Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or denial of the refund.

·       If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

🚚 Return Shipping

·       Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

·       We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return shipments.
